Cuddy is a small studio that helps organisations make business processes, people, information and technology work together. We first understand how the organisation works, advise which technology fits, and then design and build the solution. AI is one of the tools we use, not a goal in itself. Not a firm that comments from a distance, but a technical sounding board that works alongside you.
Origins
Grown out of work we were already doing
Cuddy grows out of practical work with business processes and software: working out how the work really runs, bringing structure to it, and translating that into systems people use every day. We also build our own products and SaaS. AI has become the most powerful tool in that work over the past year.
That is why advice and delivery belong together here. First understand how an organisation works, then decide where AI helps, and then build and introduce it ourselves.
What we do
Advising, building and maintaining
Cuddy does three things that strengthen each other: we advise businesses on where AI pays off, build custom software and systems integrations, and develop products, sometimes together with partners. For all three, we can take on the maintenance.
Cuddy is small by design. The same person who studies your work also designs the solution and builds it. When a project needs extra hands, we bring in freelancers we know and trust. Nothing gets lost along the way, and you never have to explain the same thing twice.
We also tell you when you do not need us. If your question is solved by a well-configured package or a simple integration, that is our advice.

Advice and delivery
Many firms sit on one side of the table. Consultants tell you what might be possible with AI. Software houses build what is asked. Cuddy deliberately does both: we investigate what is actually needed, and we are responsible for delivering it. We stay involved for maintenance and further development.

Founder
For years I have analysed processes and built systems, both within roles at other organisations and within my own company. Cuddy is what comes out when you stop treating that work as a side activity, now with AI as a tool.
In practice that means I am the one sitting at the table with you, walking alongside your people, and writing the plan. And I am also the one who builds it. What I advise, I have to deliver myself, and that keeps the advice honest.
What we believe
Three things we do not compromise on
- A person decides
- AI prepares and suggests. An employee confirms before anything moves on. We build that into every application.
- The simplest solution that works
- Sometimes that is an integration or a better-configured package instead of AI. We will say so.
- Evidence over promises
- We record how things work today at the start, so nobody has to argue afterwards about whether it got better.
