Cuddy is an AI consultant. We look at how you can use AI in your business, develop custom AI software, and build our own products and SaaS. Advice and delivery sit with the same people.

Four: AI advice, IT consulting and digitalisation, custom software and integrations (business applications, ERP and CRM extensions, connections), and product development (our own and joint products). For all four we can take on maintenance.

Yes. Besides advice and custom software, we develop and run our own products for specific domains. We bring that experience with us when we set up a new product with a partner.

Yes. Websites and portals fall under custom software, especially when they need to connect to your systems or support a process.

We first work out where time is lost and which work suits AI, for example finding knowledge in documents or preparing quotes. Only once that is clear do we build something.

Yes. Where AI adds value, we build it into the systems you already use, such as your ERP, CRM or business applications, rather than placing a separate tool next to them.

Before we start, we agree which data may be used in which application, where it is processed, and who can access it. Where needed, we include a data processing agreement. We work within GDPR and the European AI Act.

No. Sometimes a good integration or a better-configured package is enough. In that case that is our advice, even if it does not lead to an AI project.

No. AI prepares and suggests. An employee confirms before anything moves on. We build that into every application.

That happens. That is why answers point to their source, you can review what happened, and there is a checkpoint built in. The goal is not perfection but control.

By default we build on Claude. If another model fits your requirements better, we choose that one.

Yes. We start by investigating what you already have and what it can do. Often the right step is to configure the package differently, extend it or connect it, rather than building something new.

Yes. Advice on processes, architecture or software selection can stand on its own, without a build project. If you want us to build or implement later, we can start that conversation then.

Yes. We align with your own IT department or your package supplier, and we document the solution so that your team or another partner can continue with it.

When standard software does not fit how your business works, or when you are working around a package to make it function. Then custom software is often the shortest route to a workable solution.

Yes, if the system is open enough for that. We first investigate which extension options exist and what functionality is missing. We do not build a new ERP when an existing solution already covers the core need.

That depends on the connection options the system offers. We assess this up front, so you know what is technically feasible before we start.

We start with the problem, not the technology. Then we build a first working version you can review, and continue in steps. You get a plan with milestones and know where we stand.

Custom software built for your organisation is transferable and documented. If we use generic Cuddy components, open source or third-party software, we say so up front and agree the terms. We always settle the exact arrangements before we start.

Yes. We first assess carefully what is there and tell you honestly what is usable. You then receive a clear proposal to get the project moving, finish it or make it future-proof.

We work in short steps: investigate the problem first, then build a first working version you can review, then continue building and testing with your employees. You get a plan with milestones, and at each step you decide whether we continue.

With a conversation about what is causing friction. If that turns out to be worth pursuing, we explore the work and come back with a proposal. You can start with any of our services.

Agreed up front, with a clear range, and recorded before we begin. Lead time depends on scope, from a few weeks to a few months. If the assignment changes along the way, we discuss that first.

Yes, for all four services. For AI advice we keep agreements and workflows current, for IT consulting we monitor the landscape, for custom software we manage updates and integrations, and for product development we run hosting and further development. It is a separate agreement and not an obligation.

No. Introducing the work on the floor is part of the job. An application nobody uses does not count as delivered for us.

Yes. We do the work on site where it calls for it, and remotely where that is possible.

We agree up front where the application runs, where data is stored and who gets access. We manage access by role and we follow GDPR. We record the measures per project; we do not cite certifications we do not hold.
