Four ways we can help

Sometimes you want to know first where AI can help your business. Sometimes you want to know how your systems can connect better. Sometimes you need software that fits your work, or you want to build your own product. You can start with any of the four, and for each we can take on the maintenance.

AI advice

Where can AI deliver something in your business, and where not? We find out before anything is built.

Who it is forYou do not know where to begin with AI, or your team already uses it without shared agreements.

How to startA half-hour conversation. You tell us where time gets lost, and we say honestly whether AI helps. After that we can spend a day observing your business.

We map your processes and data, determine where AI pays off, and turn that into a plan with costs, risks and expected return. Then we help your team put it to work, so the choice lands in daily work.

  • ·A prioritised list of AI opportunities, with a rationale
  • ·Agreements on data, policy and responsibilities
  • ·AI that works inside your existing systems, not beside them
  • ·A team that works with AI under the same agreements

IT consulting and digitalisation

How does your organisation work, where does technology get in the way, and which solution fits? We investigate before anything changes.

Who it is forYour systems are growing, but nobody oversees the whole anymore.

How to startA half-hour conversation. Bring the system or process that causes the most friction. We tell you what we see and what we would investigate first.

We map your processes, application landscape and data flows, and turn that into a clear direction: which systems stay, which are extended, and where digitalisation really adds value.

  • ·Business process analysis and process optimisation
  • ·IT architecture and application landscape
  • ·Software selection and technical feasibility
  • ·Support for digital transformation and implementation

Custom software and integrations

You do not have to replace your existing software to take your business further. Business applications, ERP and CRM extensions, API connections and client portals, built around how your business works.

Who it is forYour software does not fit your work, or your systems do not talk to each other.

How to startA half-hour conversation. Bring the system that frustrates you most. We show what can be built or connected, and what you are better off leaving alone.

We build on what you already have, such as Exact, AFAS or Microsoft Dynamics, and develop the missing piece. We involve your team in the important design decisions, so the software fits daily practice. What we deliver is documented and transferable.

  • ·Extensions to your ERP or CRM, without giving up the existing system
  • ·Operational platforms, production planning and work order systems
  • ·API connections that enter data once and keep it correct everywhere
  • ·Client portals and dashboards, with maintenance after delivery

Product development

We help you turn an idea into a software product, and we build and run our own products too.

Who it is forYou want to build your own product, or turn an existing service into a product.

How to startA conversation about your idea. We discuss who it is for, the smallest version you can test, and what comes with it.

From first idea to a platform real users rely on: design, sign-in, payments and administration. We stay involved after launch, with hosting, monitoring and further development based on what users actually do.

  • ·From idea to a product with real users
  • ·The whole product, not just the code: design, sign-in, payments and administration
  • ·Our own products, built from domain knowledge
  • ·Hosting, maintenance and further development after launch

Honest advice

Sometimes the best solution is not AI

Not every problem needs AI. Whether a package can be configured better, two systems can be connected, or a process should be set up differently is a question we take as seriously as what AI can do.

  • configure an existing package differently
  • use functionality you already pay for but do not use
  • connect two systems instead of building a new one
  • change the process instead of the software
  • wait with AI until the basics are in order

Not deploying AI is an outcome too.

Maintenance comes with it

For all four services we can stay on after delivery: adjusting, managing, monitoring and developing further. It is not a required follow-up, but it is the phase where most of the value actually lands.

Where would you like to start?

Tell us where you run into trouble. Then we will look together at which of the four fits.
