How your whole team works with AI, without it getting out of hand
Many businesses have AI subscriptions. Few have agreements. We make sure your team and your systems work with AI in the same way and safely, on the work you actually do: from documents and planning to the business applications you already use.
An example
A quote request, without and with agreements
How it often goes
- 01The request arrives by email
- 02Searching the folder for earlier quotes
- 03Retyping the data into Excel
- 04Opening a personal AI account and pasting the data in
- 05Copying the answer back
- 06Checking and adjusting
- 07Sending the quote
How it can go
- 01The request arrives
- 02The draft is ready, with the requirements and earlier prices included
- 03You check and adjust
- 04The quote goes out
The judgement stays with you. And everyone in your team does it in the same way, under the same agreements on your data.
What we arrange
Four things your team needs
- 01
Agreements
What is allowed, which data in which tool, and who decides about what. Written in plain language, so everyone understands it.
- 02
Connection to your data
AI that can work with your documents, email, CRM or administration, with permissions per person or role. Only what is needed.
- 03
Fixed workflows
Work that repeats, such as preparing a quote, checking a file or writing up a report, is set down. Set up properly once, then used by everyone.
- 04
Control
For every workflow it is fixed where an employee decides. Answers point to their source, and you can see what happened.
Time freed up for work your customers notice. Or simply: getting home on time.
Careful
First agree what happens to your data
AI works with business data. That is why we agree up front which data may be used in which application, where it is processed and who may see it. We take GDPR and the European AI Act into account. For a legal judgement on your situation, we refer you to your own lawyer.
- A person decides
- Every application has a checkpoint where it matters.
- Traceable
- Answers point to their source; actions can be reviewed.
- Agreements on data
- Data processing agreements, permissions per role and, where possible, processing within the EU.
- AI literacy
- Since February 2025, organisations must ensure that employees know enough about the AI they use. That is part of working with AI.
What it runs on
The choice follows your situation, not our preference
We build on Claude by default, because it works well with integrations and fixed workflows. If another model fits your situation or requirements better, we will say so and choose that one.
