AI advice
Where can AI deliver something in your business, and where not? We find out before anything is built.
AI only creates value when it fits your processes, your data and your people. That is where we start.
Who it is forYou do not know where to begin with AI, or your team already uses it without shared agreements.
How to startA half-hour conversation. You tell us where time gets lost, and we say honestly whether AI helps. After that we can spend a day observing your business.
Signing up for an AI subscription is easy. Harder is deciding where to use it, what may happen with your data, and who in your team will actually work with it. That is where the work is.
We start with the work, not the technology. We find out where time is lost, where errors arise, and which knowledge nobody can find. Then we judge, per opportunity, whether AI is the right solution or whether plain automation fits better.
After that we stay involved. The people who investigate also stay on for design, build and rollout, so a good idea does not stall between advice and delivery.
Programmes
Start where you are
You do not have to begin with the first option. The duration is a guideline; we agree the scope together and record it up front.
- 01
Explore
Typical duration: a few weeks
Where is the value and what is worth the effort? We join your team, look at your work and your data, and assess the feasibility and return of each opportunity. You get an overview, a baseline and a proposal. Sometimes the proposal is: do this without AI.
- 02
Get your team working with AI
Typical duration: six weeks
For teams that already have AI, but where everyone uses it in their own way. Together with management we agree what is allowed. Per department we find which work suits AI. Then we set up fixed workflows around your own processes and train the team.
- 03
Build straight away
Typical duration: a few weeks to a few months
Do you already know what you want? Then we skip the exploration and start building. We do that under custom software.
Approach
Understand first, then build
Four steps, in this order. The scope differs per challenge: sometimes a few conversations, sometimes weeks alongside your team.
- 01
Explore
We want to understand how the work really runs and where it is stuck. We do that with the people who do the work, not from a handbook.
- 02
Design
We determine which combination of existing software, integrations, automation and AI fits. You receive a proposal with what we will do, what it costs and what it is expected to deliver.
- 03
Deliver
We implement the solution and make sure it becomes part of daily work. What sits next to the work does not count as delivered.
- 04
Improve
After delivery we can manage and develop further. Organisations change, so what is right today may need adjusting next year.
Where we often start
Familiar work, with room for AI
You do not need to know which technology you need. Start with the work that takes the most time.
- 01
Finding knowledge
Answers from manuals, project files, email and policy, with a reference to the source so you can check it.
- 02
Processing documents
Read, check and pass on data from email, PDFs and forms. What is missing or wrong becomes visible.
- 03
Preparing quotes and orders
Bring together the request, requirements and earlier data, so a colleague only needs to decide.
- 04
Automating work
What is the same every day happens by itself. Sometimes with AI, sometimes with a plain integration, depending on what works better.
Maintenance
We keep it current after the project
AI and your business change. What is right today may need adjusting next year. That is not an obligation, but it is where the return often really lands.
- 01
Keeping agreements current
Periodically checking policy, data and workflows, including when rules or tools change.
- 02
Onboarding new colleagues
Bringing new people into the agreements, so the knowledge does not stay with a few people.
- 03
Measuring whether it still works
Repeating the baseline and adjusting where results fall behind.
What we do
- 01A prioritised list of AI opportunities, with a rationale
- 02Agreements on data, policy and responsibilities
- 03AI that works inside your existing systems, not beside them
- 04A team that works with AI under the same agreements
Typical: businesses that want to use AI but do not know where to start, teams that already have AI licences without a shared way of working, and organisations that first want policy and data in order.
AI advice
What it delivers
- A clear picture
- You know where AI pays off, where it does not, and what it is expected to deliver.
- Agreements that give peace of mind
- Your team knows what is allowed, which data for what purpose, and who decides.
- One way of working
- Everyone works with AI in the same way, instead of each with a personal account.
- A person in charge
- What AI suggests is checked before it moves on.
Where can AI deliver something for you?
Tell us where you run into trouble. We will honestly say whether AI helps or whether something else is the better fit.
